Improper chargebacks (including “item not as described” or “unauthorized”) may result in:

• permanent account ban

• refusal of future service

• submission of evidence to dispute claims

5. Evidence Submission

We maintain records including:

• order confirmations

• IP logs

• shipping confirmation

These may be used to dispute chargebacks.
