Order Acceptance & Verification
All orders are subject to manual review, verification, and acceptance. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, compliance concerns, or risk management.

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Order Processing & Handling
All orders require 48–72 hours for processing and handling (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes verification, compliance checks, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment.

Processing times are estimates only and may be extended without notice. Delays in processing do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

Research Use Only (RUO) Agreement
All products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).

By purchasing, the customer explicitly represents, warrants, and agrees that:

They are qualified to handle research materials
They will not use products for human or animal consumption
They will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that, in our sole judgment, poses compliance or liability risks.

ALL SALES FINAL ONCE PACKAGE IS IN CARRIERS POSSESSION – NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO CHARGEBACKS
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE ONCE IN CARRIERS POSSESSION.

By placing an order, the customer knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably agrees that:

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances
All payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals are strictly prohibited
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of these terms

We reserve the right to:

Contest and dispute all chargebacks with supporting evidence
Submit this policy, order confirmation, IP logs, and delivery confirmation to payment processors
Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays or delivery issues
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Customer error, misuse, or misunderstanding
Seizure, inspection, or delay by customs or regulatory authorities

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility
Shipping options and rates are provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately.

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays, errors, or misdeliveries
Weather or natural events
Customs inspections or regulatory actions

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information will be provided once shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status.

A shipment marked as “Delivered” by the carrier constitutes proof of fulfillment. This satisfies our obligation in full.

Address Accuracy Requirement
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered properly fulfilled. We are not liable for:

Incorrect addresses
Failed deliveries due to customer input errors
Returned or abandoned packages

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

We do not:

Replace
Reship
Refund

any order once it has been shipped.

Fraud Prevention & Account Restrictions
We reserve the right to:

Deny service to any customer
Block future orders
Report fraudulent activity

Any customer initiating a chargeback or fraudulent claim may be permanently banned from future purchases.

Agreement to Terms
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have:

Read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy
Accepted all terms without limitation or exception

This agreement is binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
